The worst ever courier service anywhere in the world! 0 regards for customer service and that is why they don’t even have call representative to handle calls/complaints from customers. It’s obvious they have the most pathetic service. Rude delivery guys, and horrible service. Whenever you have shipment from Aramex, just configure your mind to disappointments! When you need help, no one gives a damn!
You don’t deserve even an imaginary star because you are a big disaster!

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service provided by the delivery company. I have experienced delays in the delivery of my shipments and have had difficulty communicating with their customer service team.

Worst customer service i have experience in Dubai.Had arranged the shipment of an important card to arrived on specific date and time that they never did delivered on time. Whatsapped and chat service centre, and instead of fixing the problem they were saying will be deliver tomorrow and once out they will call me. Completely unprofessional and not meeting timelines. Save your time and stay away from Aramex if u are in need of something important to be delivered.

Please Aramex no need to write that you are sorry and email you at customer support. Too late now

The person in branch is good but as usual weak system , I asked Aramex customer service to keep my shipment for 10 days in this branch because I am out side UAE and they confirm it will be in same branch , now when I came to collect , they told me the shipment back to head office.
It is bad day when I know I have something I should collect from Aramex .

My shipment was supposed to arrive today but didn’t because they said I needed to update my address. So I had a look in my account and all was in order, and nothing wrong with my given delivery address. I see my package my has now been put in storage and I need to contact them. The person on the phone tells me the address needs to be updated, then she goes on to read the address I had already given in my account, and without any changes my package will be delivered a day late.
I will probably not be using this service again unless in emergencies, as the package takes longer, more room for errors and it costs more or the same to get it directly from the seller.

They just don't care about the customers, and they don't care if your shipment is delayed or anything because you dont have a choice, when you order something online mostly we are not the ones to choose which courier to use, this is why they don't care. I tried explaining my situation on the phone because their delivery was delay and Abdullah spoke to me in a very bad condescending way and when I tried to made a complain about it they just send an email saying they scheduled my delivery for later, because (here I go again) they just couldn't care less about their customers

I am putting this review on entire Aramex Courier experience as I was not able to connect to a customer support channel to report an issue.

49292398643 is the shipment number.
It was scheduled and no one delivered or contacted on the day of delivery and next day your agent calling and saying there was no one going to Deira side and thats why we didn't deliver... Seriously..!!!!... And as the mistake is from your end, even your agent didn't try to get it delivered as early as possible. Instead she asked to choose a slot thats 1 week later... Aramex service is getting pathetic... Please note we are not taking your service as granted.!!!!

Worst Worst Worst Service Ever I Am Seeing In UAE.. no positive Response From Team.. when you miss a call from delivery person you have no way to call him back.. and you are no service from aramax to rearrange shipment.. when you try call many times they ask to collect shipment from head office.. in that case why they charge big amounts of delivery charges.. if i have to collect parcel from head office.. and big thing is that we are not going anywhere without phone if we miss call from aramax they are not arrange delivery again.. poor poor poor service.. if is in my hand i am not going to give 1 star.. very bad service from aramax..

Would not use this taxi even if I was paid to use it after the experience I've had from the taxi drivers friend and the driver himself, I rang my friend's phone and the taxi drivers friend answered and gave me lip about ringing my friends phone to which I was ringing as no1 has been able to get hold of him

Chris's taxi is the only taxi l get he will get me anything l need from a shop and charge me minimum and also his taxi is cheaper than anyone l know!!
