They lack even the most basic customer service ethics. Unfortunately, I had to purchase a Rayban glass from them because they had such poor customer service, fake offers, and male staff who were rude and yelled at customers. If you can, please avoid doing business with such a ruthless establishment. I would never recommend this; it was awful.

Dubai Optical in Dcc has a Good Customer Service..Great quality of lenses and glasses..They have wide range of selections, very easy to order and fast service..Highly recommended.. will definitely buy here again..;)

The customer service was horrible at deira city centre as the staff didnt give sufficient time to select as they put pressure to select the product with in fifteen minutes of entering the shop despite buying emporio armani and police..

good experience here recently. i had a blood test on friday morning, straight in and out only 5 minutes in total. staff very nice and a big shout out to the nurse who took the blood, i dont have a problem with needles but if anyone has i recommend going here i honestly never felt a thing. very professional thank you.
