This is the most luxurious KFC that I have seen! Located within Dubai Mall with all the luxury brands, this is a popular KFC which is extremely crowded and filled with tourists. Both the crispy and original chicken are tasty and perfect. One of the best KFC chickens I have tasted around the world. Service was also quick despite the crowd.

Hello, managers or supervisors if you guys are existing I do not think this is the right thing to do. even after requesting many times fresh cold drinks, they are still giving warm drinks from the morning time I guess. common. So rude stuff I paid but did not get what I polity requested.

The setting was pleasant overall.
The spicy chicken is delicious.

The counter personnel is really helpful, the meal is delicious, and it doesn't get too hot.

They forgot to put the sandwich in my order. Of course, I realised this only when I got home, so nothing I can do now. Would be amazing if they would not forget their part.

On top of that, the collection relies on one employee screaming the number. In the biggest and most outstanding mall in the world, in the most spectacular city in the world, you have to rely on one person that screams your number, and hope that she/he didn't forget your order. I am speechless.
And they have only 4 computers for self ordering. Again, biggest mall in the world, right next to the fountain and Burj Khalifa.

At least the place looks clean.

Absolutely delicious. It is not healthy though. Very oily and not of the best quality. But it is delicious. So, one or two times may worth it. Staff are not very helpful and polite but they work fast. They always seem to be in a hurry. So, it's better to be sure of what you want before the ordering time because they won't help you decide at all and may even cause you order something you won't like eventually. Like all other food shops in the food court, the environment is very noisy and not very clean. So, it is only good for a fast delicious meal especially when you are in a hurry. Also, compared to other food shops in the food court,this one has more reasonable price while all have about the same quality of food. So, if you want to have a fast meal with reasonable price in the mall, this is among the best options.

Probably one the fanciest KFC restaurants in Dubai. The views from outdoor seatings are amazing, the downtown views and Dubai Mall Fountain view. In fact, in the evenings, they have water fountain shows that you can enjoy from outdoor dining. The food was good and fresh, the area was clean with frequent cleaning.

Nice place for a quick and cheap snacks in mall of emirates. Rates are same and service is good too. You can enjoy a quick meal with inside seating and outdoor fountain view as well. It’s newly opened area with large number of seating. The interior decorator is like a container box with bold Color.
