My ecosport had jerky gearshifts and loss of power especially when up shifting the gears. None of the workshops nor service center could identify nor even acknowledge the issue. After going via Google reviews, I showed to Arrow Heads and the SA Mr Ashik advised to show the issue with their specialist Mr Dilson, who test drove the vehicle and immediately acknowledged the issue and suggested the most probable cause. Mr Ashik arranged the original spare as well. Vehicle got repaired and is now working fine and smooth. No more jerky gear shifts and no power/torque loss. Now the vehicle is running smooth. Finally peace of mind.

They always do an amazing job. Ashik and Steaven are very helpful and knowledgeable on what needs to be done. Highly recommend.

I can strongly recommend Arrowhead Team DIP, they are transparent on everything, cost, parts, they will always look after you.

Garage in charge - Steven was keen enough examine and explain in detail about the works required. I felt that they are true auto enthusiasts too.

Works done were perfect and upto expectations, they provided standard rates and best services.
