They good team with loads of experience in the field. I know most of them for a long time as they have been always taking care of car maintenance ever since i started driving in UAE.

So i always feel satisfied with their service.
They recommend only right maintenance required for your car. For example if you break pads can run little longer, they dont advise to change it earlier ( which most of the other garages do) so you are using each and every part to maximum extend.

Good work by the team and my friends who ever i have referred are also satisfied with their recommendations and services.

In general they are ok if you do standard services only. Last time I had a bad experience of changing the fuel pump, they ruined the fuel tank because of wrongly fixing the pump. I went to the agent and they showed me the damage I ended up paying for a new thank which is very expensive at the company. So need to be careful next time and avoid any work in the fuel system for safety issues.

Garage located in DIP 2, they offer normal maintenance, wheel balancing, alignment, disk skimming, oil change, batter service. They have good mechanics and reasonable pricing as compared to other garage in the same area.

The staff are well trained, professional and they no exactly what need to be done. The price is also Customer friendly. In short a place for automotive repairs where we can trust and rely on.

Not recommended ; I had an issue with AC two months ago ; so I gave it to them ; so they mentioned it is a compressor issue and it has to be replaced ; so I did and the compressor was replaced .. yesterday I had the same exact issue two months back ; and then the said there is new issue with a mixer between heat and cool systems .. weird it got damaged once compressor had changed !!!!!..

This place is listed on the entertainer App. so I thought to pay them a visit and try their service; the in-charge told me that I cannot redeem The Entertainer discount for NO REASON. I
I didn’t believe him and I said it’s OK i’ll pay full but i’ll call both The Entertainer and Consumer Rights …. After 15 minutes he came back and said it’s OK you can use it.

I just thought how many people showed up and he turned them down! for that I’m giving them the lowest rate possible.

I must applaud the technicians for their amazing job and knowledge though.

Skilled and friendly staff and clean shop with easy parking. their staff speaks good English which is one of many reasons i go there. A good customer lounge where I keep my family waiting while I check on the car. Apart from the above services I used them for mechanical services such as brakes, A/C, suspension
fixes.
They are reliable, professional and dependable
