The store is nicely laid out and the sales personnel are all well trained (except those that are new) and were great! A shout out to Athlete's Co for their 14-day return policy (with receipt)! Thank you for willing to accommodate my request as the particular shoe I bought was hurting at the width of my front toes and they allowed me to exchange it twice. A big shout out to Ms. Mehret and her male colleague for going through their sales records, mending the receipts and going out of their way to make sure that my 'problem' was solved. It was a short trip to Expo 2020 Dubai and buying this shoe was the best gift/souvenir of our trip.

Horrendous service today. No checkout counter so they kept disappearing to scan items in the back. Scanned wrong, blamed customer and wasted 15+ minutes.

The saleslady promised she will get me Uggs slippers from another branch and she did not call me to tell me if she got them or not, and the shop's published phone numbers are not correct and now I cant reach them to check of they got the item for me. It is not even on sale.

Wish there's a zero rating for such a so-called business. I was surprised when I heard from one of my family members that the salesman had the audacity to request them to make an advance payment for an item so that they could order the same from Abu Dhabi branch (which would eventually be collected from this exact branch ONLY after we make sure that it fits and is free of defaults). I have then personally visited the branch and no one had the nerve to ask me for the aforementioned peculiar request !! It was expected when I saw the other review of this place here over google. It seems to be completely unprofessional to the extent that people think that it's a fraud (of which I am not personally certain). So disappointing and definitely not recommended at all.

The staff are great, very helpful and quick, good at what they do.
The gym looks fab, party's (bouncy castle and soft play) are amazing value for money, my daughter loved it.
The only thing that let's the leisure centre down a bit is the pools. They're very very basic and would be great if they had an upgrade.

Nice leisure centre for a town. I take my daughter for swimming lessons and they're fine, though the changing rooms can be really warm. The gym is decent enough, has enough equipment for the average gym goer.

Great leisure centre, good pool and starter pool, large sports hall, gym well equipped. 3 glass backed squash courts and one traditional court, top notch.

It has a good gym and swimming pool. The staff are also very helpful.

Great little set up. Gym is a little small but I like the different levels. Showers are good.
Staff in the gym are friendly and help you use the weigh in Wednesday machine by the entrance.
Try to go here 3 to 5 times a week to gain the most from my membership.
Car park is pretty awful, the school buses park in the zones which say no parking and get away with it time after time. Peak times are awful to get a parking space. They need to make more parking spaces available.
Small pool is great for younger children.
The library is hit or miss with opening hours.
Free covid tests at reception.

Tricky if you don't know your way around tho !

I used the gym and to me it had a very subdued atmosphere ????
