After my painful experience with Apple Store in Mall of Emirates (read my experience posted on Google to know more details), the next day I went to Jumbo stores in the same mall. It was an amazing experience quite contrary to Apple Store. The staff were polite and to the point. Having patience to explain in detail. Clarified the questions regarding Vat refunds and discounts.

On challenge in Jumbo is that they were slightly pushing me to take additional warranty etc, which I did not like. But it was not too much though…..

The whole deal in the store was 20 mins and was quite happy with my decision to go with Jumbo.

Excellent on phone service from Catherine in call centre she was super helpful, professional, hard fantastic product and service knowledge, and most importantly fast! Such a pleasure dealing with such individuals that makes us right a review! The store experience yesterday in the mall of the emirates wasn't as good though!

Well a big shout out to whoever trained the staff, all I've got were smiles from everyone and all are ready to help.. Carlo was beyond amazing, helpful and stayed with us all the way to the end till we were completely done. Thanks for making our shopping so delightful, informative and easy. I do highly recommend it ???????? and sorry for the video.. my camera lense is almost never clean. ????????

I bought from Jumbo a dyson product. I didn’t like the product and want it another model which is more expensive than the one I bought. I went to the store after 3 days of my purchase and they said I have to pay 15% of the product even if I want another model because I opened it .

When I called dyson, they said I can return the product even if it’s opened as long as I bought it from a dyson branch or dyson’s website. I wish I bought the product from a dyson branch.

Be attention please, don't buy anything from this store. I have bought iphone 14 pro max from after less than 24 hours I found a manufacturer issue but they rejected to rake any action with that. Don't be a victim of their deception

Was looking for a vacuum cleaner. Satnam was extremely helpful. Very patiently answered all my questions & gave in depth details about the product. The store didn’t have enough stock at the shop, but they helped me purchase the product with a home delivery service. Would highly recommend for electronics items.

Dont buy your electronics from there. They are the worst. Buy from emaxs or carefour even if its 100 aed more, its worth it. I recieved an expensive gas cooker filled with scratches, called jumbo on the same day and informed them of this. Then they accepted a refund but forcefully charged me 15% of the unit price. How is thay logically fair to force the customer 15% when they store it, deliver. They opened it outside my house and it was filled with scratches amd they force the customer to pay 15%. Wow.
