I took my FJ cruiser to Auto Benz as it was recommended by a friend, the service was very good, I also fixed a few small dents, they did a great job, I met the owner as well who was very friendly and supportive.

Great value for money and excellent service.

Absolute miserable place.

In 2022 brought my car three times to the garage because something was (and still is) broken. Every time I brought the car in, I had to pay lots of money just to pick it up with the initial problem still there and all of a sudden some additional issues. All in all I had to pay more than 10,000AED for nothing. Absolutely terrible!

I personally highly recommend this place. Was introduced by my friend. Called the owner (Anwar) directly one morning after finding out my car’s alternator and battery had failed.

The towing guys came and were unsuccessful in trying to jump start the car. Later that afternoon Anwar himself and one of his guys came over and tried to sort it out. Finally they got the car started and they personally drove the car to their garage. (Appreciate this!)

He did a root cause analysis of the problem and sorted out what was needed. He always kept me updated personally.

Not only the garage was easy to locate, there was really a good feel to it. It’s not one of those garages you’d walk in and get that feeling whereby they are about to charge you big time and not solving the problem.

Overall I am extremely satisfied and happy with the job done. Mainly very very happy with their service. Their thinking long term with regards to the customers.

If you have a problem with your car, SEND IT HERE! You won’t regret it!

These people are artists. They really do a quality job for a very fair price. Honest and open behaviour. Complete restauration or modifications are no problem. I gave them my Benz for some detailing and technical overhaul, I could not believe how good and well done it could be done, until I picked it up after finishing. Great job, thanks

Arrived at 0830 store quiet so easy to shop without the crowds. Some good offers. Smart shop makes it easier no queuing.

Good for most things.
But the link from nectar app to smartshop app is tenuous and boarder line fraudulent.
