They installed a very poor quality outdoor glass sticker for my shop that got damaged after 2 months although they assured me it is weather proof. I've been trying for weeks now to claim my waranty kindly asking them to fix the issue, but everyday they keep delaying and/or not responding. Very bad quality product and very bad quality after sales customer support.

Edit: I initially gave this service a 1-star review because of the aforementioned problem. However, after explaining the issue with Mr. Hussain the manager, he reached out to me to help resolve the issue. Honestly, I was pleasantly surprised by their excellent customer service and how they went above and beyond to correct the problem. I would highly recommend this service and anything else this company makes.

Great price for 3 of us. Took a 4-person boat out for 2 hours. Boat was absolutely beautiful and was a pleasure to use. Drove down to the nearby nature reserve. It was a perfect and relaxing afternoon. Staff were really helpful and kind.

A great day out. Best value for money out of all the day boats...
Free upgrade because the weather didn't look promising and our original one did not have a canopy. Really friendly staff. 10/10 will definitely use these guys again!

What a great boat hire services this is. The prices are good and the boats are in good order and tidy. We were a party of 4 and a greyhound. We hired the 12 seater day boat as it was only a few pounds more than the 6 seater day boat but has so much more room for the dog and as I have mobility issues it was easy to get in and out of the boat as it has has fixed steps.

Just enjoyed a lovely day on the River Thurne courtesy of Phoenix Boat hire. Lovely friendly service and fantastic Classic electric boat that was perfect for our day out. Everyone should use Phoenix.

If you're looking to hire a boat on the Broads, then look no further! The boat we hired was spotlessly clean and very well maintained!
Paul the manager was extremely helpful and very friendly!
There was plenty of room to park our motorhome, while we were out on the electric day boat.
I can't recommend Phoenix Fleet enough!

Me and my little family went today and hired a boat for an hour, the people were friendly and helpful.
I saw the comment about steering clear if you're not a dog person as they can be aggressive, I really don't understand where that has come from as all the dogs were lovely. We have two boys one who's 5 and one who's 8, the dogs loved the strokes and playing catch with them.
Our youngest is cautious with dogs but loved all 3 that were on site.
The dogs only bothered with you if you bothered with them, so even if you're not keen on dogs, don't let it put you off going as this place is really good, you'd be missing out.
