Neat and clean service, got the silver package they offer.
They pay attention to details, from receiving the car, to inspection, service and cleanliness.
They even give you a detailed report about the faults and repairs needed after the service.

Went to take silver package. Average at best. Booked an appointment online, arrived with missing appointment in the system. Mechanic guy is okay. No report for the system checked given, so not sure if they even did.

Washing, drying was poorly done and in less than 10mins. Overall, will not recommend and will not go back again. Price is good but quality of service poor.

I have used their service twice now and i must say that their prices are the most affordable around for the same service.

Mr Mansour is particularly hospitable, very kind and has excellent customer relations both on phone calls and in-person.

Clean workshop and a very cozy waiting area.

I even discovered they are car manufacturers too. I saw two of their car models and they are gorgeous. I was particularly thrilled with the technology in the car versus the price of the cars, that's a pretty impressive deal.

Very bad experience، I went to them once to replace oil and filter and car inspection using computer etc..., this offer was 150 AED. Now, after only 4 months, I went to another car shop, and they let me see the oil filter that it has not been changed for more than 1 year, but it was cleaned. So their offer is nonsense. I do not recommend anyone to deal with this car shop. I have a conversation with them tells that they will replace the oil and the filter and check 38 points in the car, but they did not give me any details regarding this inspection even they said they will clean the AC filter but I swear to god after 1 week I went to another car shop for refill the gas of the AC and I have changed the filter but I swear it was so dirty full of waste and more black than the black hole.

They have been very generous and clean with their work. Its a great strategy to get other brand users to visit a Chinese manufacturer for servicing at an unbeatable price so they can create some awareness of their brand.

This is the best place in Dubai to get your car service the team there is very supportive they do the car service cheapest and the best and the take around 1 hour and there is a waiting Lounge so you can just a back and relax while the car is being service
