Pathetic service. Deliveries are generally late by 1.5 - 2 hrs. If you order your food for lunch they will deliver it during dinner. Even if your order through Zomato they use their own drivers and will not decline the order even if they have no drivers available.

Good Lebanese food indeed!

Tried their Falafal rolls, Automatic rolls, Labneh Garlic - All items were delicious and well packaged.

Delivery was fast via Zomato.

I have been going to thos restaurant for the past 20 years. The food is unbeatable in Dubai! The service is fantatstic Arab hospitality. The manager makes it a point to treat each customer as very very special. This whole class of restaurants are disappearing ...... a great loss.

The restaurant is good and staff also, but I strongly recommend never order online for this restaurant on talabat or anywhere. When u compared ur food with the order u get and whats in the picture, just you think that u get the ears of the donkey.

When we went after so many days with family, food was so delicious and our tastebuds so loved the flavour that we still can't get over it, specialised in Lebanese cuisine. Their hummus, muttabal,, pita bread, zaatar labneh, falafel, were fresh and so delicious. I highly recommend this one. Wonderful chicken kababs And some family are pure vegetarian, so they really loved it

Overall superb restaurant and taste. Close to my office and superb shawarma. Taste is important and so far the taste here reminds me of my favorite shawarma from Abu Dhabi. I tried the chicken shawarma and it had taste. What I have been looking for for a long time. Will recommend to people and come back again too. Great place for dine in or take out!!

Had lunch with few friends there and all of us enjoyed the food as it was fresh and tasty. The staff was very attentive and welcoming. Recommended if you’re a fan of Arabic and bbq. Must try

Automatic has always been a family favourite!
They have been in Jumeirah for a long time, and the food there is absolutely yum!
Their grilled items are the star of the restaurant.
Mutton kebabs, grilled chicken wings, arayes, lamb chops, and a creamy avocado milkshake, all of it is superb!
The kids will love their ARAYES, my kids eat just that, dipped in some creamy hummus and garlic sauce. The mixed grill is a good option if you are a family of 4, as it is a big hearty meal in itself!

They also do outdoor catering if required!
