I do not say this is the best of best shopping mall in Jumeirah but rather mediocre. The space in the center of the mall is really huge. You can find party goods shop with fairly large scale. I loved the cake shop, Maison De Rose.

The Beach Centre is a small mall that has a mix of outlets.
It’s always quiet which gives it a quiet peaceful ambience.
It’s has a variety of shops and restaurants.
It has quite a few empty premises which is a Shame.
It’s not a mall where you can find everything, more if you need some tennis balls or paracetamol.
It has ample parking and all the facilities you need when visiting any mall.

Straight from down memory lane and walking into nostalgia back in time with the malls' setting and restaurants ! Especially Chinese Pavilion , hands down the best Indian Chinese in Dubai !!!

I rated this shopping center 5 stars for sake of old days, pleasnt memories and a very beautiful nice image that faded somehow as we also got old, so...
Please to whoever may be concerned: bring thr life back to this beautiful shopping mall, such a location and plenty of space as well as the attractive lay out..
I hope that we will return one day to a busy vibrant shopping mall..

I like the less crowded authentic malls of Dubai - i come to this one particularly for Injaz perfumes. Always great customer service and very reasonable prices. Been a customer for so many years now

As a shopping centre it does not offer a lot compared to the other shopping malls in the city.
If you are an old resident of Dubai you will recognise this as one of the oldest and earliest shopping malls opened on Jumeirah Road near the beach.
A small cute selection of stores the cover the requirements of the surrounding residential area.
