I recently visited a massage therapist and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. Not only was the therapist unprofessional and uncommunicative throughout the session, but they also ended up injuring my right shoulder.

As someone who was seeking relief from shoulder pain, it was incredibly disappointing to leave the session with even more discomfort than when I arrived. The therapist seemed to be rushing through the massage, applying too much pressure to my shoulder without taking the time to ask how I was feeling or adjust their technique.

Now, several days later, my shoulder is still sore and I'm having trouble with even basic movements. I'm extremely frustrated with this experience and would not recommend this massage therapist to anyone else.

If you're looking for a skilled and attentive massage therapist who will prioritize your health and well-being, I would suggest looking elsewhere. This therapist clearly lacks the necessary skills and training to provide effective treatment, and I regret ever setting foot in their establishment.

Their massage is one of the best in dubai , however, i wish if they would great their clients with some refreshments as it adds to the overall experience.

The spa is more than wonderful, the best in Dubai for sure, the place is clean, the vipes is wonderful, and the prices are reasonable. I did a thai massage and I felt so relaxed, Yuki is a very talented and professional therapist she is amazing, see you next time guys

Massage was Okey. Towels were dirty in lipstick ???? and foundation cream once I open them from paper cover on top

It was a very good experience. They we’re able to accommodate us with a nice and warm smile. Lucia’s massage was so nicely done with deep tissue massage. Highly recommend for athletes. Reception are welcoming. Do visit the place.
