I would like to appreciate Dr. Huma Praveen for helping me achieve what I am looking for. From the start that I was searching for the best frame for almost an hour until the current lense that I have right now, she never criticize what the customer really wants.

To be specific, I am not fully aware that I had old generation of xtractive transition lense from my old eyeglass which I am used to before. I purchased transition generation 8 for an upgrade along with new montblanc frame. I am expecting that this one will get even more darker than the former. But with disappointments it never reached my expectation. I went back to the store and complained about the transition reponse. My old one gets darker outside rather than this new generation 8. I even questioned the genuity of the lense.

Thankfully Dr. Huma listened and acknowledged my complain and offered me new generation xtractive lense in replacement. I have added only small amount of money because this is more expensive than the Gen 8. But as you can see in the attached picture. Both are responding to normal bright light situation. That is the torch light coming from the phone. But I am happy to share that new generation xtractive lense is far way better than the old one!

This store is highly recommended because of very professional and helpful staffs!

I had a visits to Avanti ( by Rivoli) show room at DCC. Staff is very accommodating and professional in nature.
They treated me very well. They have good equipment for eye testing which help you to get correct measurements.
I had an interaction with Sales man and Huma and my experience was good. they have good understanding and they well described and suggested more suitable options to you.
So if any one plans to have branded eye ware and eye testing you can choose this outlet.

I’m happy with the quality of sunglasses that I bought and i honestly got the best deal from the company.

The only reason as to I gave 5 stars is the fact that i was attended to by miss Thazin????. She is really Excellent at what she does, committed to what she does, great service and has a good sense of humor. Am glad I came to shop coz I shared a great experience with her ( she made my day????). Am so coming back for another pair

Dealt with Ms Thazin was very welcoming helped to select the best glass for me and my wife and gave some good discounted options some good knowledge on optics Thank you would recommend if you want to buy visit Avanti DCC and meet Thazin.

I had a multiple visits to Avanti ( by Rivoli) show room at DCC and the way the sales Incharge Ms.Thazin treated me was amazing and appreciate her skills and patience toward customers and not only that the product knowledge as well.
So if any one plans to have branded eye ware you can chose this show room

Fantastic experience with a very keen team, optometrist, Ms.Neshaat spent some good time,taking me very patiently through a series of tests with the some very latest sophisticated machineries. This place is highly recommended people.

We have tried all weekend to get through to the extended access hub that covers this practice 5 x we waited on hold over 1 hour then they disconnect the call!!! The first call on Friday eve to 111 resulted in them calling us back at 2.30 am to say your not urgent enough to be seen let alone speak to a GP despite a temp of 98.5 throat closing up severe headaches and leg pain they said ring back if you get worse.
Sat am we started to contact the extended access but this was the result.
This is the third time in as many months this condition has crippled a strong 6.4 male and he’s not been able to access any medical help.
When he finally got to see a GP the first time he had recovered so they couldn’t do anything but surely some tests need to be done now he’s going to end up loosing his job if this continues.
Horrendous weekend had by all.

Very knowledgeable and professional physio service right in the city centre. Highly recommended.

Simon helped with a calf strain that was causing me a lot of pain and preventing me from training for a 10K race. After a thorough assessment, Simon provided me with a detailed strengthening and stretching plan and within a couple of weeks, I was able to run the Leeds Abbey Dash with no pain whatsoever.

Very professional service. Simon Glover has recently helped me with an injury in the build up to the Great North Run.

My training had been hampered by this. Simon identified the issue and provided suitable treatment as well as a programme to follow between appointments. After being shown suitable stretches etc I was able to get training again and successfully completed the run. There wasn't many weeks before the run but he managed to get me going again!

Thanks & highly recommended

Fantastic surgery. Been registered most of my life.
Reception staff are always so helpful and will always get you an appointment quickly in an emergency.
Online services great and the new building is light, airy and very clean with lifts for anyone who may struggle with the stairs.
Dr. O’Duchon is my regular doctor and he is amazing, really thoughtful and thorough.

Not a bad doctors. But when you finally get through and need a ring back off a particular doctor. They can't book it if the doctors not in that particular day. Surely they have a diary. How hard can it be to get them to call you on their return.
