Worest customer service and Worest place to buy anything
This people never answer the phone even after giving the number

They only help you until you pay and after that they vanish into thin air

Call Center has no clue about any delivery or information regarding products

The worst customer service you can imagine. No number connects. They were supposed to deliver a crib and mattress yesterday. Kept calling them. No response. Reporting to Dubai consumer rights

Worst customer service I have ever experienced both in store and over the phone. Wrong information given, false advertising and unable to help or resolve customer issues. I tried to buy items as a gift and thought click and collect would be faster but ended up chaseing something that takes a week to collect yourself! I will not buy a single item from these people again. What a waste of my time.

I bought a birthday gift for my 5 yrs boy remote control motorcycle, and a makeup box for my 5 yrs daughter, the motorcycle does not work! It was a heart breaking for him and the make up box arrived broken and i had to glue it! Very disappointing!

Phone number is not working. When I informed the Customer Care Center and the branch manager they didn't even care.

The worst customer service ever among all shops in UAE. They don't answer calls and their attitude is very bad, especially the store manager who raises excuses all the time.
