I am waiting for the return of my money for 2 months already. There are no sufficient help for the customers. The only answer is that rest assured we will process your request. Very disappointing.

The staff are pretty disinterested, I wanted something I spent lot of time explaining and they kept asking me to show me the item on the website my phone had an issue they did not offer to show me on there own phone or on the computer they have In store . I went to other shops and came back showed the product then they went searching inside the store , and they were like this no one buys so it’s not on display I mean are you serious? That’s how you guys talk to someone who wants to buy your stuff even though it’s super expensive? Customer service matters I walked out just due to the irritating attitude of the girls in store

الخدمة في هذا المحل جدا سيءة و الموظفين غير مهتمين و لا يساعدون الزباين و خاصة الموظفون العرب و الشركة غير مبالية فقد تم الشكوى لهم بخصوص احد الموظفين و لم يقم احد بالتواصل معنا ????????
