I can give -500 stars to this store and staff. I am writing about Mirdif City Center branch. We were out shopping there and suddenly one of their staff started screaming and shouting at us. On raising the complaint about this rude behavior the manager asked an explanation from us instead of telling anything to the employee. I wish they would hire more professional people and give them proper training

I had a shirt to return . The employee there along woth her manager had the worst attitude talking to me in a way and saying it cannot be refunded ok the card as it is a gift card. I explained that other shops and even the other branch that i bought from which was in Mall of the Emirates ensured they can but still they insisted. Left me waiting as ig it is my fault. Then i told her u need to do something call the other branch or call the customer service for city centre. She did and asked them and they told her it can easily be refunded on the card itself which what i was saying from the first time. With attitude she refunded and i told her u will get a bad review for this and ur losing a customer. !
Invest in your people and teach them how to talk to customers!

فعلاً الموظفين والخدمة سيئة لقد ذهبت لتبديل بنطلون هدية من صديقة وعليها التاج جديد ولكن المقاس صغير أردت فقط تبديله والصديقة من قطر نفس المحل نفس الشركة قالت لايمكن بأنه من دولة ثانية !!!!طيب نفس الشركة والمنتج نفسه لديهم وجديد بالبطاقة عليه فقط تغيير المقاس لم توافق بصراحة خدمة عملاء سيئة للغاية
