The display in the kiosk amazed me. I also expected them to treat the customer properly, but I was wrong. I wanted to walk away the moment the salesman called me buddy, but I gave them the opportunity to service my phone. I agreed on the price of 70 dhs for the mobile reprogram. I haven't received any calls from that shop in a few days. When I returned to them after 5 days, they said they couldn't reprogramed it and that I needed to replace the mother board, which cost AED 350. I took my phone to another mobile shop in Dubai, and they charged me only 40 dhs for reprogramming, with no problems until now. Arrogant people should not work in sales; otherwise, the company may lose business.

I'm not sure if the man who is assisting me is the company's owner. He treats the customer as if he is a childhood friend, as he refers to the customer as "buddy." I'll also call him "buddy liar" because he promised to fix my phone and give it to me the next day. He also promised to call me once it was completed. I haven't heard from that shop in a few days. I returned after 4 days to collect my phone, and he simply handed it to me, saying, "We cannot do anything to repair your phone." What a horrible experience.

I am so satisfied with the service of these guys. They are the experts of what they are doing and price is also affordable. Personnels are so kind and approachable.
