I usually go to the cafe late in the morning by car. I usually get acid from bad coffee. That never happens after coffee here. In summer I recommend ice americano. The food here is also good, halloumi croissant and falafel roll my favorite.

Here it say it’s 24 hours drive thru Tim Hortons. But today morning when I went at 7:00 am. They said they are closed and will open only at 8:00 am. When I told the lady at the stores it’s written it is 24 hours drive thru board she looked at me as if I am speaking some different language. They refused to serve even though it says 24 hours.

Had a cheese and Turkey Panini and the new Honey Hazelnut Cappuccino. Was good and tasty.

Even not deserved to get one star ⭐️ I came twice and same response I got from the customer service, she is not welcoming the customer, when I asked something she explained it to me like she is not willing to explain. Man, I can read the menu I am asking u to get an advance seriously!!!! And I got late because she is very very slow and promise me will take only 5mins but more than that.
Not recommend at all, there are lots of coffee shops will give u a great service than in here. My morning was so bitter because of the customer service gave me bitter face, thx for the experience and never forget it.

Had to give 1 star because there is no option to give zero. extremely bad customer service, the lady at the counter didn't take my order because she didn't want to give me change.
She told me that she has change for 100 but it's only 5aed notes but she needs it so she can't give it to me. So I had to leave without coffee.

What is going on with tim hortons???

For 4 years in Canada I had multiple coffees from Tim hortons everyday. I have never had a single bad experience at tim hortons Canada. It was easily my favourite brand but it's really sad to see what is going on in Dubai. 9/10 times they serve old and cold coffee and then some guy calls after seeing the bad review to justify why my coffee is cold .. what the ####??? I'm paying for my coffee, it's not free, I don't care what the reason is.. I'm not going all the way to a store to get a luke warm coffee.

Bought vouchers on groupon to try out as never had Tim Hortons before and their system “wasn’t working” so had to pay full price. Their French vanilla was decent but wouldn’t go back because of the customer service.

Why put out an offer if you’re gonna find any excuse not to allow people to use it.

Amazing place for coffee in winters. Staff is very friendly and kind. It is my usual go to spot after work. Special thanks to Me Tahir and Ms Anjana for lovely coffee suggestions on my each visit.

It’s bad.
Today morning I got very bad croissant.
Yet she said it’s fresh.
Seriously slow service.
So unfortunately it was not a good morning coffee on Sunday morning.
