I always go here for the birthday cakes since we love ice cream cakes a lot. Everyone knows about the famous ice creams they serve. The price can be more affordable

local ice cream shop and a great experience. The staff is alwats friendly and helpful, and they made sure I got exactly what I wanted. Their ice creams are delicious and the prices were very reasonable. I would definitely recommend this shop to anyone looking for a great customer service experience.

Online order accepted but then a call from the shop telling its out of stock when in first place you got to accept order. Anyhow then a manager or someone called again insisting we didn't accept while i have told him that i have got an email proof. He just cut the phone rudely enough. That's so bad example of customer service really

Piece of sharp pointed plastic in ice cream. Extremely negligent and could have fed this to the 4 yr old kid. I will complain about this to Dubai Police. Good luck.

Extremely Disappointed with this Branch and Management. They serve you bad quality fruits and the person serving has zero knowledge about the dish he serves. Something so simple as a BANANA is overlooked and served unripe. The staff was unwilling to accept the mistake done.
They blamed it on being understaffed and refused to refund. The Management needs to look into these matters and should hire people who know how to check their ingredients before serving it to the customers.
