The staff is amazing here, I called and went to the store they didn’t have the bag I wanted in the store but i bought it from their website. Love the bag and customer service was incredible.

I spent 4000 aed total at the store, 500 aed on a balenciaga mask, it breaks after 2 hours of use and then after returning to the store they refuse to give a refund on the faulty mask provided. Causing many problems when I spent 4000 they don’t even offer me a new mask or refund and waste my time. 500 aed for a mask that breaks after 2 hours!!! Made in Italy no way! Made in China. Rude and no help branch manager.
