I am extremely disappointed with the shoe restoration company that I recently used. I paid 1000 Dirhams for cleaning and restoration, and in return I received nothing but delays and poor service. Not only was my order delayed, but when I finally received my shoes worth 8,000 Dirhams, they were not even packaged properly and left without any protection. This is completely unacceptable for the high price I paid. The lack of attention to detail and care for their customers is unacceptable. I would not recommend this company to anyone and I will not be using their services again in the future.

The principal issues I experienced involved delayed delivery and the packaging of the refurbished shoes. The delay, confirmed by your driver, was beyond the three days . Furthermore, the silk paper employed for packaging fell short in adequately protecting my shoes - particularly over an extended three-day period in a car trunk - resulting in less-than-satisfactory condition upon delivery.

Your stance implying a contradiction between individual packaging preference and environmental sustainability seems misguided. There are, indeed, eco-conscious options such as recycled-paper cardboard boxes that other shoe services I've engaged with have adeptly utilized, ensuring the integrity of shoes during transit.

Insinuating a deficiency in environmental awareness from service expectations is an unwarranted assumption, best steered clear of in client interactions. Balancing environmental consciousness with the delivery of high-quality service and careful handling of luxury items should not be mutually exclusive.

I remain hopeful that my experience was an anomaly and not reflective of your overall service. Wishing you continued success, I anticipate my feedback to encourage beneficial enhancements in your future services.

The quality of the work done on the shoes was not satisfactory. Despite clearly explaining what I wanted to be done, the end result was not the expected.
The staff seemed interested and helpful but they would just nod to everything I requested and then do nothing of the like.
The heel tips were a totally different color from the original and the scratch restoration uneven.
To add insult to injury, the prices charged for the subpar restoration were exorbitant. I expected to pay a premium for quality workmanship, but what I received was far from it. The amount of money I spent was completely disproportionate to the dismal results.

Amazing service! My limited edition shoes were restored as new when I thought I would have to throw them out. I am very impressed and brought more high end shoes to be restored. Highly recommended.

Recently got my Chloe sandals restored! It was a wreck before I handed it over and they made it look brand new. Recommending Fabram to my fellow gals looking to restore their expensive goodies. Thanks Navid for the amazing service!

Think very carefully before dealing with this company. I gave them a Canvas Chanel bag to restore that went 'missing' for 3 days after I was told it was out for delivery. Despite me chasing Fabram for 3 days straight, the supervisor blamed me and said that the courier company had been trying to call me. The courier company on the other hand blames Fabram for not giving them the item to deliver? The delivery receipt shows that that bag was in fact given by Fabram to the courier company on day 3. Fabram claim the delivery company fraudulently changed the date on the delivery slip.

As the customer, I am left in the middle to deal with this nonsense. The Chanel bag finally arrived.... in a paper bag. Worse for wear. I really regret sending the bag to them. It looks like it has been used??? The bag now has an overpowering smell of perfume. Fabram maintains they spray all of their refurbished items with a 'signature' scent. What kind of company would do that to a Canvas limited edition Chanel handbag? I also have an allergy to perfume!!!!!!!!!!!!

It's very hard to get hold of someone to speak to. They don't answer what's app messages. When you do finally get hold of someone to speak to they are very defensive and lie to your face. I will be avoiding at all costs. Never again will I use Fabram.

First of all i would like to say a MASSIVE thank you to Naveed. From the very second that I arrived he was very approachable and friendly. I left 2 pairs of shoes and kindly asked him if it would be possible to have them ready a bit before the stated day and he made sure to accommodate my request. He messaged me with an update of my shoes and when I reached there he once again welcomed me with a lovely smile and even used my name. The shoes came back as if they were new. Together with Naveed’s exceptional service skills and his genuine nature, and the great work done on my shoes, I truly believe this is the best repair shop in Dubai. Definitely not looking for anywhere else. Thank you

I was greeted by Naveed, the nicest guy. He was very very helpful. He took me through the process and recommend the service for my leather boots and his recommendation was on point.
I am very pleased with the service, my boots looked great. I highly recommend Fabram.
On the other hand, i was not pleased with the follow up process. I called customer care 3 times till i got information about my boots.
In general, highly recommended

One of the best things about this particular store is it's friendly helpful staff, they out up with a lot usually in the form of people not being able to work the printer and scanner but they do it with a smile and patience.

The company if they could should reward them with a slightly larger store or atleast think of how to lay it out better.
