On top of all of this the day before I went there when they called us to get the phone but they didn’t let me get the phone as I didn’t have the booking receipt which is weird they could had it from
The system under my phone number but they didn’t bother they made come next day with the receipt, so first thing the staff don’t welcome u or anything very rude they just took the receipt and made us wait without telling us what is next they are very weird there is like 50 people working there and they are not really doing there job unorganized and not professional at all, it’s not that ur paying for an item 50
Dhs this should be a premium item and customers should be treated in a premium, like any stores who sells premium items example Apple, for sure it’s the last time I buy from

I paid full price for both washing machine and refrigerator--received USED products.

1. Washing Machine: Somebody cleaned with wet towel beforehand and delivered to us telling us they had to go through a "test" and see if it's working or not....?
2. Refrigerator: Loose door
(The tech team informed their head dept that there is no problem with all products)
Regardless the clear evidence, which they admitted in person that THERE IS a problem, changed their words and decided not to refund. These are all done after 5+ days and still suggesting us for another team visit for another hopeless time. Because of this meaningless help we are paying laundry separately and ordering delievered foods. Extremely disappointed with the treatment and unprofessional customer service by the staffs at Samsung MOE. This one incident unmotivated us to purchase other products by Samsung. Nobody will understand unless you go through one like this.

We have no idea how come such franchise can end up like that, we went to buy the new 5 flip trading off our old phone. First of all all the employees are either leaning on the tables or just chatting behind the counter took us 20 min till someone finally decided to assist. They checked the old phone and we paid the difference at 5:15 then we were directed to a small tech room to do the data transfer, no tokens small room filled with people who ever goes first gets served by only one tech who spend his time chatting around … till 6 they were having trouble transferring the data and they even assisted 2 people prior to us .. I requested to see the manager where the lady working there said he went to lunch break ( lunch break at 6??) finally at 6:20 a guy who knows what he’s doing managed to start the data transfer which will take another 1:30 hrs .. we went for a cruise and came back at 7:40 and asked to talk to their manager where the lady said oh manager left .. so their manager left the shop and other employees are lying to customers… sent an email to Samsung ME to see what could be done with such employees!!!

We are expecting human like treatment at least from the customer service. If he is having a bad day, customers are not the ones whom he can put those on.
Really really disappointed with the treatment. I would suggest go to a different branch where they treat people with respect.
