Was asked to wait to go inside the store by a doorman when the store wasn't even close to half full, and when i queried why there was no reasonable explanation. Complete lack of respect for customers. Plenty of other brands to spend your money on.

I have been highly disappointed with customer service

The shop assistant Umra - was very rude. He advised me to ,, Calm down ‘’

He didn’t help me when I asked for assistance - open buttons for jacket or help me with jacket.

He escalated with his unprofessional customer service - when I tried to understand color of the shade of the shoes.

I kindly express my disappointment with the service. I also kindly ask for someone who will be able to assist me with my enquiries.
Mr. Shady came and help us. He was very helpful and pleasant.

This store is one of the best stores that I have ever been. The service is excedded my expectation. I had great experience and bought lots of beautiful stuff. I will always visit this store whenever I am in Dubai.

Very bad service ... I asked for manager they didn't want to call manager and then they said if you want to complain then go to customer service ... do what ever you want ... worst service ever
