Excellent food, service, and atmosphere

We went there for the tuna cutting event, and it exceeded my expectations, especially for the food.
They really knew what they were doing with the Tuna and ways to serve it, and the menu was beyond delicious.

We ordered everything on the Tuna menu, and everything was excellent.

The reason I gave the service 5 stars is that our plates and cutleries were always clean, they always replaced with new ones and that's what we expect from fancy places ????

In addition, I noticed one of the staff was quality checking every single cut, that was leaving the serving area which also caught my attention as a great customer care.

Amazing atmosphere and amazing food the quantity was good and taste was super. Loved everything ordered avacodo toast and coffee spanish latte was perfect. The crepes and eggs Benedict was one of the best ive had.

We went for a late dinner with friends.
Music:5 stars.
Service:4,5stars( small details like clear all plates in the same time, serve all of us in the same time)
Hostesses at the entrance :1/2 star. Not very welcoming even if we had reservation. She scanned us from up down to see how we were dressed before deciding if to let us in or not. We were lucky! We pass the fashion checks :)
Drink selection :4,5 stars
Food :3-4( nice but not wow,quality ingredients). I can not say what could be improved, but did not fascinated us.

Will I be back ? For sure !
Will I recommend it ? Why not?

I am absolutely in love with not only the food, but the interior design as well. The staff is also so welcoming and friendly. I highly recommend the beef Rossini!

Great ambiance and they have 25 chef cooking in front of u with 2 master chefs! I enjoyed every dish I tried to a level that I wanted to thank the chefs myself. Was too hungry that day and wasn’t in the mood to try artistic food but they surprised me with the quality of the food they provide! I fulfilled my hunger and also was able to enjoy the artistic food. Service is excellent thank u Ali, everything he recommended was worth trying. We tried: Seebass sewicha
Wagyu tataki truffle
Escargot
Lopster spagetti
Kamcha eclair crab
Apple tartfine
Dont forget to try the pastry basket. All freshly made and I wud love to try it again on breakfast time !

This restaurant has left me an unforgatable impression. Lovely, attenttive staffs. I was surprised to see the chef selections of sashimi platter. Enjoyed the dishes. Awesome view inside the restaurant with lovely music at the background. Hope to see u again FRNDS.

I really enjoyed my evening with a friends there. New Japanese fusion place , where catchy interior design meets souls touching vibes of the music. In my opining this place in on the level of high end places and difc restaurants

Highly recommend to try octopus carpaccio as a delicious appetizer for the cocktails
My favorite was Lufy so far
And Friendly bar team made my evening really great

A wonderful experience, from the excellent food, balanced cocktails, and perfect lighting and sound, this is easily the most elegantly staged restaurant venue I’ve been in Dubai.

The food is delicious and imaginative without affectation - from the plating to the flavor profiles. The cocktails are strong yet balanced (I’ve had too many over-priced cocktails in Dubai that look good on the menu but pass for turpentine shampoo on taste).

The Murano chandeliers gives off soft, copper light and the music, by programming and volume, are perfectly designed so you can have a conversation over the music. It’s a gorgeous place and the food is sublime.

After seeing a few bad reviews on here I am shocked and thought I would leave one myself. Since moving to eggbuckland this is been our new Chinese. Every time it has been amazing! Delivery and collection! The staff are helpful and friendly. The prawn balls are amazing, they never have any shell or yucky bits inside (like most other chineses do) the chips are always crunchy and soft in the middle, the curry sauce is sooo tasty along with the bbq, the kung po and crispy chilli chicken is to die for!. We had family over for a celerbration one evening totalling to £125, there were no mistakes, all the food was piping hot and the owner delivered himself. Looking forward to our next meal :)

The owner is the most arrogant man I have ever had to deal with.

This is the third time now that they have got our order wrong.

He blames his staff in the kitchen rather than him overseeing them putting the correct food with the right order before it leaves the kitchen.

If I received what I ordered in the first place then I wouldn't have to waste my time phoning to complain.

I will definitely not be using this takeaway again and good luck to anyone who has to phone this patronising owner when you dont get what you ordered.

After a few not so good meals from you we took a break... decided to try it again lastnight and can honestly say we won't be back! Although some of what we had was ok the beef dish we had was tasteless!!! Curry sauce was ok but the beef itself was disgusting. Tastes like nothing and actually didn't have the texture of beef. Really disappointed... after years of this Chinese being our go to one, we won't be returning as customers.

Terrible experience, over priced sub standard food. The owner Ray is extremely arrogant, very poor customer service. Would never give them my custom again!☹️

My partner made an order but mentioned that the order previously made, had what she thought was slugs in it. The owner phoned her back and said that he is giving a refund back and not providing the order she had just made. Very rude to my partner, which means no more custom from us.

Shocking. Ordered last weekend.
Food was dry and had no life to it, chips were crunchy and rock hard. And curry sauce was lumpy. Poor customer service. And attitude.
Which is a shame as usually the food is nice and enjoyable.
Placing an order, to then put on hold whilst another order is being made and you can hear it. Very professional.
Won't be going here again.
Staff need to learn customer service skills& along with a skill set of manners and politeness.
Eat here at your peral.
Shocking.
