Went to this store because I love Balmain’s brand. Should have read the reviews first because I was not expecting that they would sell Made In China clothes . There was a sale of 70-75% if I remember and was told by a store employee that this sale only till the end of the month. Which I discovered later that they just use this technic to attract a lot of people, this sale is all year long! Talked with the manager for over an hour , they just bought the name”balmain” so they can write it on anything . Manager only accepted to refund me on one shirt since it was still not used..
Will keep you guys updated whenever I receive the refund .. ( not received yet)
AVOID THIS PLACE UNLESS YOU DONT MIND BUYING THE REPLICA BUT FOR EXPENSIVE PRICE…

this store supposed to close! We’ve been there and we asked 2 different workers „are those items original?“ we get the answer „mam you’re at the Dubai Mall and in the Balmain Store nothing fake here” I found out that the store is fake when I washed the shirt of my boyfriend by hand just like the lady in the store told us. I feel attacked, they just lied me in my face! As a woman who don’t likes to wear fake stuff because of the respect I got to the designer himself, this is shameful. I can’t even contact anyone because of my issue, I still have a shirt with an etiquette on which I’ll not wear after reading all the reviews today that the items are really fake. I’m speechless for giving that much money for a fake brand I ever wanted an original piece from… and I really thought I got my original piece at the Dubai mall. Just sad…

Appreciate the reviews I almost fell into the attractiveness of their 75% sale, but it seems its too good to be true. I wonder how such famous locations like Dubai mall and mall of the emirates have these fake stores how are they allowing it ? Doesn’t the real Balmain brand know about this ?

These shops in the Dubai and Emirates malls are not the deisgner Balmain shop. These are knock off shops and items are made in China and very very overpriced. If you buy an item and take it back you cannot get a refund, only store credit offered. Be warned. Do not buy.

The clothes are fake in the sense they are not real Balmain Paris items. But the are legit for what I understood as the have an old license which allow them the produce Balmain branded items. This is why they can sell at that mall. Anyway, when I realised, I returned the product and they refunded me the money. So I put them 3 stars for that.

Simply embarrassing for a prestigious mall to be associated with this non authentic store. Let’s say it’s enough to have a look at the clientele and employees to give you an idea over what fraud this is. I highly suggest this wonderful country to take actions since it is the best shopping mall I ever came across.

do not enter the store, every possible thing is not original, everything is fake, the sellers will sell you the story that there is a huge discount of 70 and so on... I don't understand how a world shopping center can sell non-authentic things…..shame on balmain, your allowing city like Dubai and biggest mall in Dubai to ruin ur brand, should of take action at any cost
