When we first visited Dubai Mall branch, the customer service rep was so accommodating and so we bought a bag. After less more or less a year, 1 part of the flower accessories fel off. I went back to the branch and they promised to replace it. I waited for more than a month before it got replaced. And it’s when the issue started. Since I didn’t have time , I asked my sister to collect it instead. I was so delighted when I was informed that they replaced it with a new on te My sister was not aware of the bag’s issue and so upon handling the bag to her , she signed and left. Too bad that my sister didn’t take a photo of the bag before signing because when I finally got it from my sister, the same missing part was missing in the bag. I was so disappointed. I called the shop, sent them the photo of the bag but I got a very negative response from the representatives. They acted as if I was making a story instead of advising on what to do after all my bag is still under warranty.Bad experience from a luxury brand.

Modelli particolari che non avevo ancora visto in Italia. Devo dire che sia il proprietario, che tra l'altro, parla perfettamente italiano, che la commessa sono stati gentilissimi. Il proprietario conosce molto bene il suo prodotto. Vale sicuramente la pena visitare questo negozio al Dubai Mall di Dubai.

Nice enough but a bit wet under foot in parts, car park can be busy with people who are not using the walk, ( but are using it for naughty things ) be warned of hordes of cyclists and boy racers who have no idea how to drive on country roads. Nice but would not return.
