After 12 years this is the worst customer service I have ever experienced in Dubai. I purchased over AED6k worth of shoes from Fabi stores, and I have the operations manager (Roni) abuse me on the phone and hang up.
On one of the pairs I purchased, the outer sole began to come loose. I took the shoes to Fabi Dubai Mall and asked the store manager (Fatima) if they can repair the shoes - they agreed and took the shoes. A week later I received the shoes and they were ruined - the heel of the shoes were raised so much that I can not walk properly, and they have cut the leather. I explained this to Fatima and she started shouting at me in the store, as if I had done something wrong. It was amazing, they were other people browsing the store and they left because the store manager was being so abusive to me. I took the shoes and contacted Landmark Group (Valencia Shoes) to explain the service I had. The Operations Manager (Roni) got in touch with me and was dismissive of the problem saying he would give the shoes to a cheap shop to rectify the problem. I disagreed stating that I wanted my shoes to be returned in the same condition I gave them (without the cut leather and poor workmanship). He began shouting at me on the phone, telling me to stop being cheap and that he will not help me, after which he hang up. I will never be buying FABI shoes again after this experience, which is a shame as the shoes are very good quality when new. Your abusive staff should not be employed in a shop of such prestige. SHOCKING.

DO NOT SHOP THERE!!! Prices are way more expensive than other shops. Lesson learnt. They do not give refunds!!!!
