Worst service ever encountered. I have left their apartment in deira for the past two months After several follow ups and all required documents I have submitted.
I AM STILL YET TO RECIEVE MY DEPOSIT REFUND!!!

worst experience with this company with the worst people and worst staff. they took a deposit from me and won’t give it back. i’ve been following up for the past couple of months and they keep sending me from one person to another with no help whatsoever. their management won’t pick up the phone and ignores on purpose. i don’t know how such an unprofessional company still exists to this day. I suggest nobody to associate with this horrendous company and staff.

Worst ever management service, Bad public response.They'r not allowing uae residents in landscape area. This not acceptable.

Very bad service....there are many problems with the apartments which are not attended quickly.
The leasing team attends to your call after 3 or 4 attempts of making calls.
I regret leasing the apartment from them.

for almost 2 weeks to follow up with our inquiry. They put number in the hoarding but they do not know anything regarding the property. Just they will collect your contact details and who knows when they will call you back. Leasing department should be more prompt and professional in dealing with the queries. First time to deal with them and it is very disappointing.

Very professional leasing team. I passed by the leading office of Deira Enrichment Project and left my details. In 1 week, they called me for contract of a prime unit. It was very smooth process.
I have to thank Mark, Reece, Anju and Niharika for the very professional and responsive attitude.
