Who said you cannot buy happiness ????. Well the Baskin is the happiness which you can buy in an affordable price. This outlet in Midriff is situated in the food court which is on the first floor near to Carrefour. The food court got renewed recently hence all the outlets got renewed aswell. All together they have 20 flavours only and Baskin is the only ice cream chain which serves 31 unique flavours. Hence this is a small outlet with limited flavours.

A Small but reasonable options at this Baskin Robins especially in ice-cream flavors. This one is located in the food court with latest tending flavors and treatments you can give to your desert such as this one here which is Spiderman themed. Recommended for ice creams if you’re craving one. Smiles app works here for getting a small cup free with Emlaaq.

Recently went to the MCC food court branch to get my all-time favorite Praline Pleasure. It had been a while since I last had it, so not sure if they’ve changed the recipe, but it looked and tasted nothing like before. All I got was a couple scoops of ice cream blended with milk. Their website still mentions the recipe with whipped cream and fudge/butterscotch, but I got none of that. The milk to ice cream ratio was off too, with the shake being way too runny, unlike the “thick” shake mentioned on their website. Baskin Robbins, please bring back the old recipe. It was a childhood favorite for so long. Utterly disappointed with the new shakes.

Your company has the worst customer service and ridiculous business startegies, how can you implement or force a customer to buy a specific flavor with toppings, not everyone would be interested in toppings. Your staff at upper level mirdiff cc RIYAD is the most rudest person I have ever met. He made me wait for 15 mints with my kids just to say NO. Shame on your management employing such people

Tried the new flavour jamoca mousse royale, prailine and cream , cookies and cream, the person serving was too relaxed and as if you want to buy buy tried new flavour fir child but he couldn’t tell it’s coffee flavored

One of the places we frequent during our visits to this mall is baskin robbins. Recently revisited here to find the same great selection of ice cream as always. This location is always quite crowded owing to the good location in the mall right near some affordable shopping outlets. The staff are alright as well. We picked a chocolate based flavor and also had a milkshake during the last visit. Pricing is standard just like their other branches.
