!!!!!!!!!!!!!Do Eat Here!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Glass In The Ice Cream!!!!!!!!!!!

So long store short, we made an order via deliveroo and while eating the ice cream my wife found a big piece of glass inside, I don’t want a refund nor do I want something for free. The only thing I was thinking about was what would have happened if a kid was eating that ice cream.

I visited Baskin Robbins in burjuman mall at 3:20 pm 15 may 2023 I asked for the cashier which is the best seller ice cream he said caramel I asked him can I try your best seller he refused me and he said me not allowed how come and asked him what’s your name he said me no name he is an Indian guy showing me the attitude very bad customer service

Ice cream st Baskin Robbins is the delicious. All the flavours are good. Variety of options available. Here we tried World Class Chocolate and Chocolate Chips. To me world class Chocolate was really world class. As with other BR places here as well, you can ask for a taste if you want before placing an order.
Sitting space is little less. Chairs and table is transparent which is something unique and different.

Worst staff working at baskin robbins. The staff did not bother to answer n when called twice he started shouting at us. Would never go again there n would also recommend people not to go @baskinrobbins.

Baskin - Robbins ice cream is really the best ice cream. They have a lot of delicious ice cream flavours to choose from. You need to try their baseball nut ice cream, a yummy one. Staff is friendly and accommodating. It is located inside Burjuman Mall, ground floor.

It was our first experience with Baskin Robbins and we had no idea on which flavor to go for...Mr Dinesh was very helpful with his vibrant energy and suggested some good mix.... Amazing service... Overall it was an awesome experience.
