One of the MI store in Burjuman, Dubai.
Situated at the 2nd floor of Burjuman Mall.
Parking is available at the basement and it’s free of charge.
Usually not that much busy. Wheelchair accessible entrance is there.

Mobile phones, android watches, electric scooter and other accessories are available there.

Unprofessional arrogant uninterested salesman unbelievable attitude!
Excellent product i needed a walking pad and i was sure about it after doing my hw. If i didn't know much about it would never have purchased due to their attitude !
Owner needs a cam to check on their behaviour

Prices are expensive than the alternate vendors for same product. However they need to compete for their own prices in-fact MI Store can attract more customers if they match the price on online platform.

It's with regret that my experience of some amazing products was ruined by the sheer arrogance and lack of professionalism from the sales staff over the phone and hence I am forced to leave this review for this store. I have been a fan of the Amazfit watches since their launch and have bought the watch from this store in Bur Juman in the past. On 29th March at around 11.35AM I called to inquire about the new Amazfit T Rex 2, I spoke with Mr. H****n (I am sure the Mi Store knows who the staff on duty at that time is). When asking about this product, I had very rude and abrupt answers from him. His words were something on the lines of: "I don't have", "I don't know", "I don't sell online" etc etc. He said all this without trying to understanding what I was saying. I found their store listed online as the official Mi Store in the UAE, moreover I did mention that I also bought the watches there earlier. Upon asking him why this attitude and rudeness in his tone, he said "then teach me how to speak". So I did mention that he should be more polite in speaking to customers and assist them when they don't have a product. His response before he hung up on me "are you finished?". Wow, JUST WOW! I hope the Mi Store management and customer service team look into this and provide proper training to their staff on how to deal with customers. There was not even the slightest sign of an apology or regret in Mr. H****n's conversation the whole time.

I visit early morning at 10:30 and I saw that they don't have too much stock and not available all model's ...Dubai mall mi store... is bigger and batter then burjman mall mi store

On 11th March 2023

I bought Xiaomi 12t lite 8-256GB for AED 1,575,

Same color and configuration is available in amazon and noon for only AED 1,288

I don't know why this store is highly overpriced for all the products.

I recommend you to buy online because, I lost around 300AED for nothing.
