Looking for summer coolers to beat the heat?!! Try @timhortonsgcc new Timis coolers. There are good selections of coolers available. I wanted to give a try to something new which I have not tried. I had #lavender cooler which was totally amazing to have that flowery taste and ofcourse beautiful colour purple ????

Reasonable price so its surely worth to try

Great Team Service. They are awesome QSR talents. I enjoyed the Hot Chocolate and a Grain Bagel with Creamed Cheese.

Just wanted to share the experience I had on 28/07/2023.
I had ordered frozen French vanilla it was very flavorsome but yes the staff named Prabhu who took my order was very customer centric and lively....taking the order with continue smile on his face was the best part.....and looking at him doesn't seem like he can get angry on anyone.....need more staffs like him ......i will recommend this store to try their appetizing delights and appealing behavior

Very soon this outlet will be closed I feel. They are going from bad to worst. Staffs is so rude and arrogant. They behave as if they are providing free food. They don’t even ask what is the order even if u stand in front of the counter. And worst part: they have flies all over their doughnuts. I highly doubt their hygiene checks. Now they have such high competition if they don’t up the game they will be no where.

My favorite coffee shop! Pistachio Latte is the best here. I was able to accumulate points using my Saudi Tim App which O was not aware could be used outside Saudi. Thank you to the very accommodating cashier lady who told me I could use my Saudi app in the GCC. The dining area was clean and well maintained. It is located just outside Burjuman metro station so you can easily grab your favorite drink and donut after getting off the metro. It’s the best in Saudi, and also the best in Dubai!

I don't understand why the staff specifically in this branch are rude and arrogant.

I tried using pick-up from the app. When I arrived in store to pick up my order, the staff told me right away that "that doesn't work here, it will only get cancelled", so I asked him how come my card has been charged and there was no notification that it was cancelled? He confidently said it will be refunded. But I doubted that. So I tried getting in line at the cashier and asked again about my pick up order. Right away he went inside the kitchen to maybe ask someone, a supervisor or manager perhaps, then another staff came out, assisted me, and processed my order.

I went back to the staff that I initially approached about the pick up order, and told him that he should have checked first if he wasn't sure about the process. (Which they should know because it's them who's implementing such ordering process). But he started getting rude with me and telling me something like "no sir i said sit down and wait for a while". WHICH IS A TOTAL LIE. Because he told me no it will not go through and will just get cancelled. He even told me it will be refunded. He never asked me to sit and wait or something. Then he started giving me attitude, even making sounds like telling me to shut up. I AM DEEPLY OFFENDED WITH THE WAY HE WAS TALKING TO ME. Then he was also saying why was I shouting at him and all, like I never shouted or even raised my voice! The whole time I was trying to keep my cool.

Clearly, this guy was very arrogant and rude. Today I was reminded why I hated going to this specific branch.

I wasn't able to get the staff's name but this happened at around 10:30pm of 13th May. It was the tall Indian/ Pakistani guy. Very very rude.

Visited Tim Hortons for the very first time... N tried French Vanilla, it was delicious and the best part they provide Donut of your choice for free with your coffee... Loved the place, ambience, and the vibe. It is at the entry of Burjuman mall, at exit 3..having both indoor and outdoor sitting... ????☕????????

Tim Hortons is one of the great QSR restaurants I always enjoy. I love their Hot Chocolate and Grain Bagel with Cream cheese. I frequented their location at Burjuman Mall and always the staff is waiting to greet you with a big smile. On my last visit I got my regular hot chocolate and I felt it was hot enough. I spoke to the manager and he immediately fixed the issue with an apology. He even came and explained to me the temperature of the machine and if I wanted it hotter he was always happy to make it hotter with a steamer. His knowledge about the restaurant operation is remarkable. I love this place. It is always a good feeling ???? when I'm there.
