This store in MOE is composed of bunch of stupid salesperson. I got my wife’s pants to be altered. They measured the length but have given the wrong measurement to the tailor and yet they are saying it is not their mistake. Bunch of Lebanese liars. They want to fix the pants but they ask me to comeback the next day which is not possible as we are traveling. So frustrated with this below par customer service

I wear Levi’s since I started wearing jeans. (At least 25 years). Today I had the worst experience in any Levi’s store since, thanks to Amit the store manager that didn’t accept to replace with a bigger size - a gift I received from my mom. I didn’t want another model or another color, just a size larger and he did a big drama and threw the policy book in my face. For sure I will not visit this store any longer, specially that a manager cannot keep eye contact or continue a conversation when a customer is complaining.

Very bad experience Thursday night. Went to buy a jeans from Levis in MoE. The salesman (didn't get his name but he was from the Philippines) was very rude and not at all interested in giving any service. As soon as he saw I am looking for 501, which he didn't have, he started putting everything back and closed the interaction and almost asked us to leave. We did leave feeling unwelcome. Will not go back to that shop ever
