I bought online, on the first page they wrote that they will refund the money, but this is not the case, and they sent a text saying that if there is a discount, it is not possible!!! When I wanted to change, I went to the shop and chose a dress, they said it is not in the shop, I said, can you send it to me so that I can pick it up from the shop? They said online only... I asked if I have to pay again for sending? They said no. But when the dress arrived, I saw that I had to pay again for the shipping and the tax and all the taxes, and if the taxi has to be added, there is no penalty for the difference in tax. Delori is also without planning and coordination. I called them and they didn't answer... I give zero marks because the information was not clear

You should change your staff , which just talk between each other so loudly and don’t care about Clients at all. No hi no buy no help. But it have good clothes????????
