If you love ice-cream, Coldstone has some delicious varieties .
The Nakheel mall branch is a good spot to enjoy with friends or celebrate events, they have signature cakes on display, so you get to pick your favorite.
Ordered the red velvet cake with ice-cream and rainbow sprinkles , the cake was wrapped in fluffy white frosting, loved the presentation.
Staff is making ice-cream creations on the spot, and you can select different toppings and personalize it, I tried the strawberry Ice-cream with graham cracker pie crust, fresh strawberries and caramel topping.

We recently celebrated an occasion at this branch.

The staff (albeit 1 person) was warm and friendly.

The kids loved the little juggle of the ice cream and watching how it prepared.

We chose the cookies and cream ice cream cake as well as the toffy praline ice cream and milkshake.

All what we chose was yummy.

Will definitely give be back for more.

It was an awesome experience,I ordered my favorite strawberry shake with triple chocolate ice cream cake to take away.
The staff was very friendly . For taking away, the cake was packed in a leak proof container.
Totally recommend

Recently visited the new branch of Cold Stone Creamery at the Nakheel Mall. The store has a good vibe and cosy setting. We enjoyed their cake, ice cream and milkshake. The service was efficient.

Fine but there was only one guy at the counter and there were 5 before us and extra two came after us. The icecream is fine but most of the flavours are not natural.

The staff is terrible, there were three employees behind the counter in an empty store, and they adamantly ignored me while the employee Rojesh was literally on a call Infront if the cashier.
After a while of staring at them they finally had the courtesy to take my order, making me repeat it multiple times.
After taking the order they did not take the payment nor attend to making the order, did not follow up at all did not tell me to sit or wait or give a recipe, nothing.
Ended up just seating myself, after a good 15 minutes I got the drinks to my table.
Honestly this is the least professional service I've ever encountered, I've had better customer service whilst buying karak from cafeterias, completely inexcusable!
Service aside, the cafe mocha was bland and tasteless, possibly a placebo after the terrible service I've encountered.
