I worked with Delara she is really nice and kind with patience .
I just wanted to add that many problems are not visible in the initial visit and the owner should take responsibility for it for at least ten days. It would be great if the agency took care of this issue. Unfortunately, we still have this problem. Brand new home with some issue and not accepting owner ...

I have completed a transfer of a property today with Betterhomes. Most professional real estate broker I have worked with so far. My agent Christie was excellent. We had to go through some issues with seller, but it was handled well and professionally by her. Highly recommended.

Excellent first interaction with Better Homes who is recommended by my employer. Good local knowledge of the market and also specifically DH. Ajay really went out of his way to show me the community and context / variety of properties so I could make an informed choice. Great to deal with Ajay and BH. Highly recommend

I have to say it is great to have Mr. Ajay Sandhi for a better home. He is very professional, efficient, considerable and warm. From the first email contact to the viewings of the properties, until the closing the deal, we completed the job within 36 hours. Really appreciate the best property service in Dubai.

Our real estate agent Errol Ian D’Souza was an absolute pleasure to work with. He was always quick to respond, thorough in his explanations, and he truly had our best interests at heart. He made the entire process seamless and stress-free.

But I have to mention that the admin team with hand over team left not the best impression; access card was not delivered on time, the 2nd key is still not yet delivered, payment receipts are not shared (for cash payment), AC got delayed that I had to stay with no AC for 1 week. However only Errol was in touch to assist with AC, access card issues when I was ignored by admin team. Big thanks to him! Only because of Errol we got the best impression of Better homes!

Just completed the purchase of a house with Toby and Nowar from Betterhomes. Toby was exemplary in his diligence, professionalism and understanding of the process. He was always informative and easily reachable, actioning any request quickly. He also showed great empathy, diplomacy and patience when issues arose. Thanks to Nowar as well who's clear and concise advise at the end got us over the line. Happy to recommend these gentlemen.
