Grace has been extremely supportive and understanding in our mission to find our new home in Dubai, and has been super attentive to our needs as we have a toddler. In the space of 2 weeks Grace has managed to find us the perfect home in a child friendly neighbourhood, convenient in it’s proximity to essential services and great recreational areas. My agent Sneha was a great support. She did an excellent job in finding me the perfect apartment, knowing the Marina well and was able to contact landlords upfront to see what will come up as available options.

I recently had the pleasure of dealing with areal estate named Charley to lease an apartment. Charley was professional, knowledgeable, and helpful throughout the entire process. He answered all of my questions promptly and thoroughly, and was able to help me find the perfect apartment for my needs, especially when i had very little time to find something quick, of which i was stressed but Charley made it seamlessly easy. He was always available to answer any questions I had, and was very accommodating in scheduling viewings. He made sure I was informed every step of the way, and went out of his way to make sure I was comfortable with all aspects of the process. Grace was brilliant at finding us an apartment .. she worked really hard to get us the right apartment and at the right price! She was very patient with us looking at numerous apartments and she was determined to find us the right one - which she did ! ????. I’ve recently dealt with Ms Chloe Cromar whom assisted me with letting my apartment. Chloe is friendly, yet highly professional and didn’t mind working on the weekend so to ensure the transaction was completed and both the new tenants and myself the landlord are satisfied. Thanks to Chloé’s dedication and commitment, I was able to achieve the asking price and the tenant’s’ expectations where also met.
