I picked up something that clearly had a discounted tag price of AED 89 on it and the sales lady grabbed it from my hand insisting to check the price. She then said it’s for AED 129 and the discount was old. This too she said hesitantly. I felt it distasteful but for my son’s sake continued to pick a few things. At this time she said she’d offer 15% discount if I had an ESAAD card. Which I did. Then my son wanted to buy a pair of socks. He chose one. It was for AED 69. The sales lady came and said if we pick 3 pairs from a particular shelf that she pointed at it would cost us AED 99 for the 3. So we chose another two pairs with her assistance. At this time another salesperson whispered in her ears and she came back with one of the pairs saying that that particular one is not part of the promotion. It was from the same shelf!!!! At this time we left everything behind and said we can’t keep up with the dynamic rules of shipping and left. Very sad and unfortunate. A total waste of a shop. I feel for the owners.
