we came to the shop and we wanted the bonbites 25 pieces box for 56 dirhams and when we came to the counter she told us that if we want fresh cinnabons we should pay more by around 20 or 30 dirhams more and if we want the same box with the same price we should wait for 2 hours for the next batch !!!!! There was no such policy written or mentioned any where in the shop!! Is this a rule or what???

I buy today one box from the Cinnabon unfortunately it’s very hard not fresh not delicious at all
I was thinking it’s a professional brand unfortunately what I receive not acceptable and I trust them and I didn’t open the box
You should be more professional with your client and respect him as well don’t sell him something old

After taking your order, without asking, the server put the cinnabon in a microwave below ( and out of sight) the counter. So you end up with a gooy soft mess. Never again!

Cinnabon is an American bakery in Mercato Mall, these bakery seem to pop up everywhere,
My first visit to to sample these unique cinnamon rolls,

I chose a roll slightly to big but it was quite nice and moist, the sauce to choose was a bit too much for my palate however.
I do like anything cinnamon and will endeavor to sample the whole range of baked goods on offer.

H the gf service was good and no complaints about the quality.

Very bad experience with the Cinnabon mercato staff, especially Mr Preet, the manager who was very rude. He is selling old cinnabons as offer of 4 cinnabon box, has no explanation. Zero customer care, I love cinnabon but he pushed me to complain with his unproffessional attitude and arrogance
