Im so disappointed wiith the lady cashier..in pizza hut mercato mall branch..i order thin crust bbque flavor….I usually ordered that with the other cashier..im staff also in mercato mall.we have a privilege to have a staff discount..ive been like almost 2 years working here..and now its iftar,to think that she is a Muslim and coming from her that today is Ramadan no one is free and no staff discount…iAm very sad..i have so much respect to the Muslim community..because I Know the meaning of Ramadan is “giving food”..

Really good place to have a party at and it is even budget friendly. Good atmosphere and has great deals.

Must try their super limo pizza as it is a good party deal. Super limo can serve upto 7 individuals. It comes with 3 dips (ranch, bbq and spicy ranch)

Amazing taste and a wide range of options. Various flavours to choose from. Dips are really nice and cost only 1dhs for each additional dip.

Had a lovely experience when I visited first time, but visited the place during Eid and ended up with miserable servings and most pathetic quality of food ever served at any Pizza hut. Firstly, the attendant prepared a wrong bill, charged me for the incorrect price which had a dish additionally added in that. On top of it, she cancelled the additional dish from the order passed to the cook inside, as the bill was in arabic, didn't understand a thing in that but went back to them asking for refund based on the calculations I had to do myself. Secondly, staff was out of change and didn't return my full money and asked me to come back later. Thirdly, they prepared my pizza, kept it down, and again reheated before serving that to me. Refer the pictures for the quality of stuff served. Will never go back again.

Lovely place with yummy pizza's.... Loved Limo, their new concept. You can have 3 varieties in one Limo box with three dipping of your choice. Generally they have routine offer on Tuesdays, One+One free of any size.
