We ask them to check what is the reason why our ford has suddenly stop. WE change alternator which work only for a month. And recommended to change the engine, they did change but the worst thing is, when they give it back to us, leakages started. Meaning they just put it back together without changing into a new gasket or rubber. They did not even repair this. I really want to file a case about this. As when I send them this back they even told me that the oil leakage is not a problem at all. DEFINITELY NOT RECOMMENDABLE.

Need to improve the process of painting cars, i doubt if the even know it.
Last paint job was worst here.
They don't strip old paint,
they don't pull dents,
they dont even sand well before respray, no base coat spray.
They dont even sand the plastic parts well.
No coverage or taping properly
Lots of bidy filler used.
Within a year you can see your original paint if you opted for color change.

Philippines people running with Pakistanis is a bad combo here, take note of paint process pak guys, its no joke

Just recently I brought my Skoda rapid model there for the rear wheel hub bearing assembly replacement. Guys the job was perfectly done and quick with very reasonable price. great people.

We sent our Nissan Altima for AC repair, they changed the evaporator, AC filter and applied AC gas. When we collected, we were shocked to find out the car dashboard has cracked all over place. Some places were broken into pieces, some panel buttons damaged. The worst thing was nobody explained or give apology, they ignored our query. We are very disappointed with the poor service. This is not recommended.

I toke my care there in running condition, toke it back by recovery truck! I went Big Boss Garage for oil change and a car wash as per on offer they published online, during the service a gentleman by the name or Mike approached me and told me that there is a problem with the ignition coils, it’s better to replace but as a temporary solution he said that they will tape it, I found that as a nice gesture, but the guy who supposed to tape the engine just toke his 1 hour lunch break, so I waited for one hour for one hour till a gentleman tapes the coils, toke the car to another place for the car wash and it became undriveable, care the garage is like 100 meters, but to reach there my car stalled like 6 times, after the car wash I went back to let the guy remove the tape so my care will return to the condition I bring it in for oil change, they remove the tape but still the care is un drivable it stall and speed cannot reach over 40 km otherwise it will shake like crazy, I went back there to speak to a gentleman called Ben, he was rude and didn’t take any responsibility, he said the electrical part can damage anytime it’s not his fault and the only solution he can offer me is to leave the car and fix the ignition coils, I told him I came in garage driving now I cannot drive, he said I could be lying, so nope I don’t recommend this place.

Disappointed with their service. Offer price on the website is different upon visiting their garage. They even proceed with the maintenance jobs of my car without informing me of the right charges/price. I’m surprised that my bill had doubled.

Screwed up my brake big time. When they cannot give a solution they told me to go to dealership without paying for the damages. Worst service! I want to give a zero but no option.
