What a disappointing experience. We will never go back to them again. We went there to have one thing fixed but instead, they found other things, charged us too much, even fixing the main problem! There is no transparency when you deal with them. They can’t even explain properly to the customer. The supervisor is unprofessional and doesn’t value customers. We are very unhappy with the kind of service that was given. This kind of issue should be addressed so it doesn’t happen again to others. And their employees should have a refresher course on good customer service.

I had some major repair work and service to be done on my 2012 mercedes S500. we came to this garage by chance on a recommendation of a dealer. The manager who is Mr. Florante is himself a certified mercedes engineer and instructor. very well versed with the ABCs of the car and i had quite a good experience dealing with him. Very negotiable and affordable rates....they have different specialists for different luxury cars but Mr Florante takes care of Mercedes and would definitely recommend people give it a try
