Unhelpful, uninformed, disinterested staff…they don’t know or seem to care about what they’re selling. I found this attitude to be true in several Birkenstock stores in Dubai, but today in DCC was the worst customer experience by far!

Also improve your selection of width fitting for the smaller / women’s sizes, fed up hearing the stupid reasons why you don’t carry the wider “regular” fit on sizes below 40EU. I’m sure Birkenstock Germany to would be very unhappy with how you sell and represent their brand.

Why aren’t you carrying the wide range of shoes and boots also?

customer service was absolutely terrible. The staff was unhelpful and unwilling, and they didn't seem to care about helping me find the right shoes. I ended up leaving without buying anything, and I won't be returning to this store anytime soon.

Bought my first Birenstock Milano sandals on 2/11/22. Was attended to by Ms Ara. I took a while to choose a pair and Ara was super patient and helpful. Made the shopping experience very pleasant. Loving the sandals.

While I was heading back home to Sharjah with my newly purchased boston from Mall of the Emirates branch, I have decided to change my size from 42 to 43. I stopped by at DCC branch because this was the nearest birkenstock shop at that moment.

Unfortunately, they don't have the item in this branch (Boston - Suede Leather) but Rica mentioned that she can help me to place an exchange for my item but it'll take 3 days as she have to arrange from the other shop since they don't have it at their branch by that time. She also helped me to look for a nearest shop where I can exchange my boston ASAP and the nearest was DUBAI MALL.

never again. Im waiting for my Shoes now more than one Months. already paid but there at birkenstock unable to delivery the Shoes. many Times i follow up and call them but the always say still no stock.

I liked the fit but not it never gets comfy. My feet never get used to the hard sole.
