We recently ordered Chicken Biryani Jumbo and Chicken 65 Biryani from Biryani Sensation, registered under the name Kitchen Zone. As a cloud kitchen concept with no dining option, our expectations were high for a delightful take-away experience. Unfortunately, we were left disappointed with the taste and quality of the food.

While the Chicken 65 pieces in the biryani were delectable, perfectly cooked, and bursting with flavor, the same cannot be said for the chicken pieces in the Chicken Biryani. The chicken pieces lacked tenderness and were not up to the mark in terms of taste. It was a letdown considering the anticipation we had for a satisfying biryani experience.

Moreover, the quality of the biryani rice itself was subpar. The rice lacked the aromatic essence and the perfect texture that makes biryani truly enjoyable. It felt bland and lacked the rich and fragrant flavors we typically associate with a well-prepared biryani.

Overall, while the Chicken 65 pieces showcased the potential of Biryani Sensation (Kitchen Zone) in delivering tasty and flavorful dishes, the inconsistency in the quality of the chicken and the underwhelming biryani rice hindered our overall experience. We hope the restaurant takes our feedback constructively and works towards improving the taste and quality of their biryani offerings.

I am writing to express my extreme disappointment with the meal I had ordered through talabat. I ordered from your establishment with high expectations, but unfortunately, the food I was served was the worst biriyani I have ever had. I was shocked that such a poorly made dish would even leave the kitchen.

I hope that you take this feedback seriously and take the necessary steps to improve your food quality. As a customer, I expect to receive high-quality food and service when dining out or ordering, and this was unfortunately not the case during my order.

Great airport for short haul flights. 5mins from walking through the door to bag checks. Limited facilities for eating and shopping but what you would expect for such a small airport. Access via DLR and easy for drop off by car. Staff friendly and helpful.

DLR top class.
Great to get out to the airport and good high visibility security around which make you feel really safe.
Very clean station and really well sign posted well thought out.
TFL Transport for London are doing a great job

Busy regional airport with great transport links into London. Lots of building works ongoing, especially in departures. Limited seating and retail options.

Not so easy to work out the car park.. there's an entrance to the pick up point, but confusingly the "short Stay car park" which they call onsite parking is connected and has the same rates .. pick up point is 20 mins max.. that's all you'd want cos both places are £3.50 for the first ten minutes!????

Very uncomfortable to travel through this airport, their machines are not up to date. Meaning, you only have a tiny plastic bag which should fit all of your liquids and if it doesn’t fit they make
You throw valuables away.

Security easy to get through..not too big an airport, so one can rock up 40 to 50 mins before a flight (though not advised) and make it. Plus very convenient for access to Canary wharf and central London areas such as Bank, Waterloo or Stratford etc

Really easy and convenient especially for Domestic flights. Really great access to public transport you can be in the city centre in minutes.
