The Bar / restaurant is good, recently refurbished. Limited menu and drinks 24 hours a day, handy as it’s next to Luton airport. Service is friendly and good. After seeing the restaurant we were excited to see the room, unfortunately it clearly was not refurbished when the bar was, it looked like the 1980s, dirty and in poor state of repair. That to one side, we actually slept really well, had to leave at 6am for a flight so it did the job. I think some of the rooms were refurbished, so I think it’s a case of pot luck. You can walk from this hotel to the terminal in 10 minutes.

Small room and hotel is pretty hard to access by public transport - you have to take a bus from Luton Parkway train station, or walk from the airport terminal if you arrive by coach.

The area also looks a bit run down although it is very close to the airport terminal so not actually dangerous.

Staff are excellent as is usually the norm at Accor hotels.

The rooms were a bigger size than Ibis Budget and it's a little closer to the airport too. Staff were helpful and food is served until midnight. Breakfast was nice too. Internet worked well in the room plus there's charging points in the bar and room. Nice outside area too. Bath rather than shower which is good for relaxing.

Very comfortable hotel. The staff were welcoming. Everywhere we went to was clean and smelt great. The convenience of being within walking distance to the airport is excellent. Overnight parking for hotel guests is currently £11 (January 2023) The restaurant/ bar area is basic but comfortable with a Pool table that kept our younger ones entertained (take plenty of £1 coins!) The food is a bit pricey but of top quality ???? It's freshly made to order and comes out piping hot. The restaurant staff were friendly and helpful. Our favourite was the extra cheesy macaroni and cheese! Simply exquisite. For dessert we indulged in the Chocolate and Coconut Tart served with Coconut ice cream. Superb! The bed was very comfortable and we appreciated being able to control the heating in our room. Would definitely visit again!

This hotel is terrible we stay there 1 night it was a night off horror we arrive at the hotel and giving our room but when we got to our room is was disgusting There was painting going on outside our room and with my migraine we ask to be move. WHICH THEY MOVE US no problem we where in a conjoining room about 12.30 PM. The person in the other room was trying to get in to our room. it was frighten we went down to reception. To be told they could not do anything for us as at this time the hotel was fully book up So we had to sit it out in the room Then they put on the The TV so loud and the shouting they kept trying to get in to our room we just stay awake all night just waiting for the morning to come and we left this place around 9 o'clock after getting another hotel for 1 more night 1 of the staff in the restaurants was really nice But the other guy was not as nice he kept looking strange at the guest I would never stay here again it is a terrible hotel some staff member s are nice but some are not so nice Rooms are terrible for 109 sterling per room for 1 night not worth the money at all please stay away

Good for what we needed, a one night stay, however, TV didn't work, one plug socked didn't work, toilet didn't flush properly. Talking of toilets, we could here the room above and to the side when they used the toilet. Breakfast was OK, but wasn't has hot as it maybe should be. Would I stay here again? If the cheapest then maybe, but for no more than a night.

IBIS LONDON LUTON remember this name as this is best hotel in London! Prices are excellent, I have stayed for a weekend and honestly I am so happy we found this place. It was great from the way we were received by very nice, friendly and professional staff who have great as at the entrance. We felt special from the beginning to the end. Beautiful lobby with coffee and tea machine - all to use for guests- surly can make you feel like you home.
The room was lovely, super clean with most comfortable bed I have ever slept on! and OMG love they pillows!!!:))) bathroom with shower very clean.
It was looking like older times hotel but it gave such a good feeling.
Reception was very helpful in directing us where we needad. We had tea, coffee of milk in the room! Its really like they thought of everything to please your stay! We tried the little restaurant as well and in 20 min was delivered to us! so happy with my stay that acually was sad to leave! Reception team that checked us out was very sweet and friendly. Overall I had best stay ever in London!!! and definitely will back there and will recomend this peace of heaven in Ibis London Luton to everyone!!:)

Great hotel near the airport and other places within the local area, as have stayed and loved the morning breakfast and the evening menu choices in the restaurant. Nice quiet rooms in parts of the hotel and will look forward to coming to this location for airport travel and other places around the local area again. Winter season seems to be a good time to visit.
