Look for Abdullah when you are looking for perfumes. I was describing to him the scent I was going for and he was quick to understand and offer the right scent for me. That’s good product knowledge and efficient customer service for me. Thumbs up! Will definitely be back for more

The American luxury department store is based in New York City with branches in Dubai and Kuwait. For over 160 years since its founding, it's been offering a wide range of luxury items from different brands for the home as well as many others. This store, located in the underground level of the Dubai is large well appointed, taking into conicederation the attractiveness of presenting and organizing the items they have on offer. Staff are hot and miss, with some being pleasant and helpful while others being indifferrent and slow to show interest to help patrons. There is a magnolia bakery inside. Prices are at a premium.

Ordered a ninja air fryer online for same day delivery. They delivered a second hand item which was full of dust and water marks inside the air frying unit. Called the customer care who told me to log a complaint on WhatsApp and it would take 3 days to collect the item. No further comments will just never purchase anything else from them again.

Great fashion, stunning dresses, absolutely special & beautiful..
2 stars poor the poor customer service!!!
When you go shopping to Bloomingdales, you want to enjoy your shopping experience, you want to get a return for what you are paying for!
Quite disappointing!!
I dont want to mention names, but this is something important that needs to be worked on!
Prices are high, yet certainly standing out clothes..

Beautiful department store with plethora of brand, massive space, nice shopping experience- of course it’s expensive.

what a place!
From heaven.. absolutely loved it and absolutely recommended..
Prices are quite high.. few thousand definitely needed..
Yet, great & stylish ????..

The worst experience ever , I will not buy anything from this place at All ????????
I just ordered a perfume from their website .. and I received it today
it’s not the original one and it smells like alcohol!! ????????????
Well I’m so disappointed because I waste my money for fake perfume!! and the perfume is not full!!??
Please be careful not to order perfumes from this place at All ..????????
