Beautiful shop full of quality and authentic bags, shoes, watches etc. They have a wonderful relaxed shopping system with assistive sales staff with good communication skills all around and available. They have the time to help you choose whatever product or size of item you need. Their smiling faces even makes you relaxed and calm and makes you enjoy the whole shopping experience, I highly recommend a visit to them.

The staff will judge you by your looks before attending; if u look rich they will attend you with highest dignity, and if you are wearing a casual atire, they will not even bother to look at you.

And remember.. IF YOU BUY SOMETHING, THERE IS NO REFUND, THEY WILL OFFER CREDIT NOTE ONLY.

There are other brands which offer better customer service.

Went in to buy a few bags I had been eyeing as gifts. One of the staff members stood very close to me when I was looking at the bags. I thought maybe he wanted to help, but after a while it got very uncomfortable. He wasn't even trying to be subtle, just stood there facing me. I then moved to the men's section just to see if he was going to follow me, and indeed he did. I immediately decided to leave.

No one else was being followed or watched. Just me, the only black person in the store.

My wife went to this store. The attendant, when called, retorted ‘Don’t disturb, I’m busy’. First they don’t mention prices for their items. She behaved as if she owned the brand. ????

What do they expect? People would just buy their items off the shelf without looking at prices. That too when they are marked way higher in Dubai mall compared to any other place in UAE, which too are higher when compared with all of London.Thank you for your PREMIUM service. ????

Staff are very elitist. They didn't attend to me probably because of how I was dressed/assumed I wasnt serious about buying. Very poor experience in the store, I've purchased MK before and I've never been treated this way. I saw them attending to other customers, some staff were free but still didn't come up to me and treat me like a genuine shopper. I wouldn't recommend this store.

I had recently purchased a bag from the store in dubai mall.When I returned to India and took out the bag from the cover,I saw that there was a scratch on the metal logo.Even the inner buttons had scratches on them.I am very disappointed because the salesperson did not inform me about the same before packing it.Other luxury brands always ensure that they show the product properly to their customers before packing it.I tried to contact the store but they did not respond to my call.
