The products are of course fantastic but their online delivery and service is pathetic. I called the BB in Dubai Mall and asked if they would deliver. They promptly said yes. Asked me to share the order list on whats app. However they messed up the delivery timeline and the products. The receipt and the products did not tally. They didnt send 2 products but i was invoiced for them. Do not order online/from the store.

I booked a session thinking it was a tutorial type, but a make-up service. Before we started I asked what essential items should I get (cost of the make-up service that was redeemable) to achieve the classic and famous nude Bobbi Brown make-up. Mary (I think...was her name) was very kind and patient to walk me through the products, while explaining the difference, function, effect, etc. I like how the make up was done, the chosen (recommended) hues really matched my skin color and overall look. I bought my starter essential kit and manage to re-create the make-up done for me in little time....everyday. It's really worth. I am glad I tried Bobbi Brown.

Bobbi Brown stores are just love. Last time I visited The Dubai Mall outlet, sales representative introduced me to Muse membership and I instantly earned points. They offered free make up services to MUSE members and also gave 5 days skin care samples. Not to mention, Bobbi Brown has the best foundation range!!

They've got a limited time offer for a free 7 day sample of the foundation of choice which attracted me to the store. I have used Bobbi Brown foundation before but had forgotten the shade and was hoping the makeup artist would at least dedicate 5 minutes of her time to offer me a proper consultation and help me choose my shade but she was in a rush, pumped my sample in a small jar and that's it. I'd rather go to the store elsewhere and give the one in Dubai mall a miss.

I had the best experience today at Bobbi Brown - Dubai mall with Aida! She is truly an outstanding beauty ambassador with a beautiful soul and most importantly a professional background on the products..I would like to thank her and I can’t wait to come again and purchase more essentials from Bobbi Brown????????????
