the branch in festival plaza is amazing- shout out for Binu ❤️❤️ she is super sweet, polite and helpful ???? the only place i was able to find greek style accessories with good quality and good offers. again big big thanks for Binu in festival plaza ❤️❤️

We were there at Al Ghurair branch of Lovisa around 9pm last night, to buy for a good accessories. But the attendant was being sarcastic on the "traffic" of your store. The way she explained was not acceptable and it sounds like a sarcasm instead. She maybe a Kabayan, but we don't recommend her being a good sale attendant.

The quality of the earrings is very very bad! I Even could not wear some of them due to claps breaking. Check the claps and the whole earrings before buying, some of them very very old.

I would like to share my worst experience visiting lovisa zahia mall sharjah. Staff by name (Maridan) was extremely rude and arrogant with her attitude. She seemed to be frustrated and unhappy to assist customer requirements. Its been nearly 6 years am been using this brand, first time came across such rude staff really dissapointing.

Awful experience at dubai marina mall
Salesperson is rude and unprofessional, she refuses to sell products to people because she is too lazy to work, she literally said to me : I am done with sales !
Management should be aware of this either fire her or close this store and stop doing business…

Very poor customer service. The manager at Ibn Batuta branch is rude. You need to train your staff to speak politely to customers and attend to the customers respectfully...Or they won't come back.

Excellent service and good quality timber at a fair price. Delivery to my home within an hour. Far better timber than that from certain nationwide mainstream suppliers. I will always go here in future.
